At Mobile Pet Medical Care we know that when it comes to your pet Money is not a question but it needs to be a consideration. We know that due to the cost of good healthcare you might have to make decisions that could cut corners on the care of your pet. In an effort to make the care of your pet more affordable, especially when it comes to expensive medical emergency care, we have developed these membership plans.

It is recommended that all animals see a veterinarian every 6 months for at least a physical exam and checkup. This can be difficult and expensive. As a member, this is included so that you can feel better knowing that this important step in the preventative health care needs of your pet is covered by us. Also, the many other discounts that are given with the routine yearly maintenance of your pet like vaccinations, dental cleaning, nail trim, diagnostic tests, and prescriptions, are given because we know that they are important for your pet's health and don’t want you to have to make a decision to refuse this care because of cost.

The wellness plus plan is our way of letting you know just how much we care about the health of your pet. If we are unable to provide the care that you desire for your pet and have to refer you to another veterinarian we will cover 20% of your cost at the referral clinic. This can give you the security of knowing that no matter what we will make sure that your pet gets the best care possible. Wellness plan costs $15 /month or $180 a year and gives you an estimated $500-$600 potential benefit.

- This plan is recommended for all patients.

Wellness plus plan cost $25/month or $300 a year and gives you an estimated $900 or more potential benefit.

- This plan is recommended for dogs 6 years or older and cats 8 years or older. Also for patients that might be traveling across state lines or internationally.

Add a second pet to the same or lesser plan for only $10/ month or $120 /year.

Add a third pet to the same or lesser plan for only $10/ month or $120 /year.

Add a fourth pet to the same or lesser plan for only $10/ month or $120 /year.

All additional pets will be covered automatically with the purchase of four plans.

Exam includes: ocular exam, ear exam, dental exam, neurologic exam, musculoskeletal exam, weight assessment, abdominal palpation, skin and hair coat exam, cardiovascular exam, and respiratory exam.

Consistent members for 5 years will get the added benefit of a free in-home euthanasia for their pet when that time comes. This is an added savings of over $350.

How to get Started

There are two ways to get started on the Membership program.

First option: At your yearly visit you pay for services rendered at that time. Then, that next month you start the payments for the membership plan. You will receive the services included in the plan over the next 12 months and every year after that while you pay the membership plan.

Second option: You will pay for the entire year's membership fee in order to receive the discounts the plan offers for that first year. The following month you pay just the monthly rate in preparation for the next year's services. This way you are able to divide out your next year's bill over the course of the year and receive all the benefits of the plans for that year.

If you stop the plan any time during the year, fees are nonrefundable and any services not used are forfeited. If later you want to restart the plan, you will either back pay for the months of payment stopped or repay a full year's member fees, whichever is less.

Member contract fees are subject to change at renewal of contract each year.

Payment is automatically charged from a mastercard or visa debit/credit card monthly.
